4.2 Businesses

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

11. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example Stripe, email delivery, maps/location, push notification providers, optional AI tools). Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Service in that period, or (b) £100.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time.
